Your one-stop-shop for all your craft needs.
At Inky Dinky Fingers, we make more than cards—we make smiles. Each piece is lovingly handcrafted to add warmth and wonder to every moment. From birthdays to surprise notes that linger. We also stock a range of scrapbooking and art supplies in our Invercargill shop and run card making classes throughout the week.
How We Started
2015: It Started With a Single Handmade Card
Inky Dinky Fingers began as a heartfelt passion project in Dallas’ lounge back in 2015/16. What started with a simple handmade card soon grew into something special.
By 2017, we’d moved into a cosy little shop in Waimate, where ink, paper, and imagination found a home together. Since then, our journey has blossomed! After relocating to Invercargill in 2024.
Inky Dinky Fingers has become a welcoming hub known for its warmth, creative spirit, and handcrafted charm. We love bringing people together to share in the joy of making and creating.
Small group sessions focus on card-making, scrapbooking, and paper crafts, with plenty of hands-on time and tips you can actually use. It’s a space where questions are welcome, creativity is celebrated, and no two projects ever turn out the same.
The store’s shelves are ever-evolving — more creative cards, more supplies, our signature gnomes, and all the tools you need to make every project special.
Regulars love that there’s always something fresh to explore, with new designs and ideas appearing on the shelves all the time.
Whether you’re picking up a handmade card, exploring a new paper craft technique, or just looking for a spark of inspiration, Inky Dinky Fingers is the place where creativity feels welcome and every piece has its own story.
About Us
Dallas
Meet Dallas
Dallas has been passionate about card-making since the early 2000s, and is truly the creative heart of Inky Dinky Fingers. Always brimming with fresh ideas, Dallas spends most days dreaming up new projects and sharing inspiration.

Bronnie
Meet Bronnie
Bronnie joined the Inky Dinky Fingers adventure in 2017 and quickly became our numbers whiz, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
With Dallas’ encouragement, Bronnie has discovered a love for card-making (and more recently, scrapbooking), and is always ready to try something new. Whether it’s paperwork or papercraft, Bronnie brings a cheerful touch to every project.
