Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a change-of-mind refund or exchange.

To be considered for a change-of-mind return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition
  • unopened and in original packaging
  • resaleable as new
  • to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

For resale reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • personalised or custom-made greeting cards or products (gifts)
  • opened craft supplies (including paints, glues, inks, markers, resin, powders, clay, etc.)
  • gift cards

These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Sale items are not refundable for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if a sale item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
